Mitch Taylor was a 3rd generation concrete producer. His father and grandfather founded one of the largest privately held concrete and precast production companies in Florida. After ten years of running his own concrete and construction materials company, Mitch saw a need for better construction practices for new homes. He sold materials to many home builders in NE Florida, and he saw much room for improvement.  Founded in 2005 by Mitch and his wife Tammy, Three Wise Men Design/Build merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that would earn a remarkable reputation as a leading contracting company. We hear it time and again, from sub-contractors, material suppliers, bank and mortgage inspectors, and county building inspectors: Three Wise Men Design/Build performs superior quality construction that is unrivaled in Northeast Florida.  They promised at the time they decided to launch Three Wise Men Design/Build that they would always operate with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship. Mitch believed that in order to give clients their dream home, he needed to assist them in design. For that reason, he invested in CAD design software that does more than give clients a 2D floor plan. Three Wise Men Design/Build will help the client choose a plan that works for them and then give them a virtual walk through of the exterior and interior. This technology allows a client to view their home before we ever even break ground! He is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

Tammy Taylor, also a native Floridian, worked with Mitch through his entire career in ready mixed concrete. She earned an Associates Degree from Florida State College with honors in 2006, and is a senior at the University of Florida, majoring in Business Administration.
